5月6日,山东保蓝环保审计中心安全巡检组牵头举办的2026年度公司级安全综合教育培训正式举行。本次安全培训由公司安全工程师主讲。本次培训覆盖车间一线、营销、司机、保洁、后勤等全体岗位,全员带薪参训,实现安全培训“一个都不能少”。培训以“安全第一、预防为主、综合管理”为核心,全面筑牢安全生产防线,彰显企业安全担当。


On May 6th, the safety inspection team led by Shandong Baolan Environmental Audit Center officially held the 2026 annual company-level comprehensive safety education training. This safety training was presented by the company's safety engineer. The training covered all positions including workshop frontline, marketing, drivers, cleaning staff, and logistics, with all employees participating in paid training, ensuring that "no one is left behind" in safety training. The training focused on "safety first, prevention as the main priority, and comprehensive management," aiming to strengthen the safety production defense line and demonstrate the company's commitment to safety.


目标与纪律:让安全成为肌肉记忆

公司安全工程师王工系统讲解了从业人员安全责任,重申了公司年度“零事故”目标体系:重大机械事故、火灾事故、设备事故、群体性事件、环境污染事件、职业病发病率均为零;隐患整改率、安全培训参训率及合格率、特种作业持证率等均要求100%。同时,全员学习了从业人员岗位十大安全纪律(五必须、五严禁)、“三违”行为识别、“三清四懂五会”以及“四不伤害”原则:不伤害自己、不伤害他人、不被他人伤害、保护他人不受伤害。这不仅是口号,更是每天上岗的行动准则。


The company's safety engineer, Engineer Wang, explained the safety responsibilities of employees and reiterated the company's annual "zero accident" target system: zero major mechanical accidents, fire accidents, equipment accidents, mass incidents, environmental pollution incidents, and occupational disease incidence; the rectification rate of hidden dangers, safety training participation rate and qualification rate, and special operations certification rate are all required to be 100%. At the same time, all employees learned the top ten safety disciplines for employees (five musts and five prohibitions), identification of "three violations" behaviors, "three clears, four understands, five knows" and the "four no harm" principle: do not harm oneself, do not harm others, do not be harmed by others, and protect others from harm. This is not just a slogan, but a daily code of conduct for work.


案例警示:

物料转运车倾倒,致员工手腕骨折

Case Warning: 

Material transport vehicle overturned, resulting in severe wrist fracture for employee

培训中,一起发生在外单位(某公司)的真实事故案例让全场员工深受震动。2022年6月23日,某公司生产部员工在将驱动盖板转运至折弯机作业区时,物料转运车因货物重心偏离而倾倒,惯性将其带倒,盖板砸中其双手,经诊断为左手腕三处骨折、右手挤压伤。事故原因有三:一是货物重心偏离转运车重心;二是在货物前端倒退拉车且下压;三是车间地面伸缩缝存在高度差,导致转运车卡顿。这起事故中没有复杂的技术故障,都是日常操作中反复出现的小细节。安全从来不是“不知道”,而是“不在意”。海因里希法则告诉我们,每一起重大事故背后,都有29起轻微事故和300个未遂隐患。今天的事故案例,就是最好的清醒剂。


During the training, a real accident case that occurred at an external unit (a certain company) deeply shocked all employees present. On June 23, 2022, an employee from the production department of the company was transporting a drive cover plate to the bending machine work area when the material transport vehicle tipped over due to the deviation of the cargo's center of gravity, causing it to fall over due to inertia. The cover plate struck both of his hands, resulting in a diagnosis of three fractures in the left wrist and a crush injury to the right hand. There are three causes of the accident: first, the cargo's center of gravity deviated from the center of gravity of the transport vehicle; second, the vehicle was pulled backward and pressed down at the front end of the cargo; third, there was a height difference in the expansion joints on the workshop floor, causing the transport vehicle to get stuck. There were no complex technical failures in this accident; it was all small details that repeatedly occurred in daily operations. Safety has never been about 'not knowing,' but rather 'not caring.' The Heinrich Law tells us that behind every major accident, there are 29 minor accidents and 300 near misses. Today's accident case serves as the best wake-up call.

保蓝环保制安总负责人曾总指出:“没有安全的产能毫无意义。安全是所有工作的‘1’,效益、产量、进度都是后面的‘0’;失去这个‘1’,其他都是‘0’。”他还指出:“公司花时间、付薪酬组织全员培训,本身就是对安全价值最大的认可——宁可停产培训,也不能带着隐患抢产。花时间、花薪酬做培训,不是走形式,而是让每一个员工都成为自己生命的第一责任人。安全不是成本,是投资;不是束缚,是保护。只有人人懂安全、个个会应急,我们的产能才是高质量的产能,我们的发展才是可持续的发展。”


The head of Baolan Environmental Protection, General Zeng, pointed out: "Without safe production capacity, it is meaningless. Safety is the '1' of all work, while benefits, output, and progress are the '0's that follow; if we lose this '1',the others are all '0'. He also stated: "The company spends time and pays salaries to organize training for all employees, which itself is the greatest recognition of the value of safety—it's better to stop production for training than to rush production with hidden dangers. Spending time and salaries on training is not just a formality, but rather to make every employee the primary person responsible for their own life. Safety is not a cost, it is an investment; it is not a constraint, it is protection. Only when everyone understands safety and can respond to emergencies can our production capacity be of high quality, and our development be sustainable."
